A majority of Americans donít have a will, according to a statistically representative survey released by FindLaw. About 58% of survey takers didnít have a will. That figure was 66% for those aged 35 to 49, and 47% for those aged 50 to 64. That means a lot of parents havenít declared who should have custody of their children in the event of their death.
