My husband and I consider ourselves lucky to live a short drive from both my parents and his. There's nothing as comforting as leaving your kids with the only people in the world who love them as much as you do. To us, nothing tops grandparents as babysitters. Sure, they may get more treats and television than you would allow -- but the love and bonding makes it worthwhile.
So today, I’d like to wish a very Happy Grandparents Day to Grandma, Mims, Pop-pop, and Pugsy. They’re better known as Barbara, Bruce, Herbert, and Yoke San. Thank you for cherishing our girls and always letting them know how you adore them.
