A working mom's life is managed chaos, according to Mommy Track'd, the About Working Moms Site of the Week. Sounds pretty accurate to me.

At Mommy Track'd you'll find community, giveaways and articles about the juggling act we all perform each day. The San Francisco-based organization also co-sponsors networking and discussion events for working mothers, mostly in the Bay area.

What are your tricks for managing working mom challenges and shedding guilt? Please share in the comments or by writing your own mini-article.

I have two daughters, and I got over working mom guilt by realizing that with my career, I was sending them a message of empowerment. They both told me after they were grown that they would not have traded having a working mom for a stay-at-home mom. They were always proud of my accomplishments, modest though they were. My son, however, would have been just as happy if I had stayed at home with him all the time!
