Ingredients:
2 pounds of ground turkey
1 box of taco shells
1 jar of salsa
1 taco seasoning packet
* 4 or 5 sliced tomatoes
1/2 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Saute the ground turkey in a pan until cooked.
Stir in the taco seasoning and salsa.
Cook for two minutes.
Heat taco shells in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Spoon ground turkey mix into heated shells, top with tomatoes and shredded cheese.
