Extremely difficult.Within the first hour of my first day, my boss came to my desk and said "Are you sure you can handle this, with all your family responsibilities?"
I didn't threaten to sue him, but I should have.
Lessons Learned
- It can be a more hostile environment than you think. As a mom, you tend to try to keep everyone in the family happy. Don't do that at work - protect yourself.
