TEAMwork!
- We do what's best for the team - kids were born into a family, and we all have needs, so we try and do what works for all of us which means we all need to compromise a little but do what's best for the team! :)

Good article
- I'm glad you mentioned self care. So often, mom put themselves on the backburner only to grow bitter and burned themselves! Teri Kansas City Motherhood Examiner http://www.examiner.com/x-15864-Kansas-City-Motherhood-Examiner

Take Time Alone With Your Spouse!
- Kids and work may be important, but so is your marriage. Many marriages seem to fall apart during the early parenting years and it is often because not enough time and energy was dedicated to making it work. Maintaining a good marriage is hard work. Couples need some alone time, so plan regular date nights. Find a good babysitter and if possible take long weekends or vacations without the kids. Don't feel guilty about spending time alone with your spouse. If you have a strong marriage your kids will learn from watching you and will likely develop healthy relationships throughout their lives.
